In 2002, I wanted to make a difference for DACC which stands for Deaf Alive Christian Center. I have been thinking about forming a volunteer group and be recognized from the general public. I started to work with Arizona Department of Transportation to have our first highway cleanup program started and they at ADOT erected a DACC sign as cleanup designate on I-10 west, past route 85 west of Buckeye town area. The sign was erected in July 2003 after ADOT was approved and renew permit with ADOT from 2009 until 2011. Our Cleanup program will do every 3 to 6 months a year. For more info.
